"Verification took a bit, but I get why"
I had to verify my account before I could use a few features, and it definitely took a little longer than I was hoping. That said, I started noticing the pattern with the extra login checks and security steps, and it makes sense why they do it. It feels like they’re being careful rather than just making you jump through hoops. Overall, good experience, just not the fastest.

"Deposit was a bit slower than expected"
I deposited on csgoempire and it did go through in the end, but yeah... it took longer than I was hoping. I had to refresh a few times before the balance finally showed up, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge problem or anything, just... wish the deposit processing was a little faster

"quick help from support"
i had a small issue with my withdrawal and thought i’d be waiting forever. support got back to me in about 10 minutes, and it actually felt like they read my message instead of just sending some generic reply.
they sorted it out fast and kept me updated the whole time. it made the situation way less stressful, so 5 stars from me for the support team.
